HDPE PE100 drinking pipes are made by extrusion of molten masses, which include low-pressure, high-pressure polyethylene. The wall is very homogeneous in this case, the weight of the pipes is insignificant, compared to the pipes that were used earlier for drinking water pipes, the inner and outer surfaces are smooth.
Pipes of this material have relatively low thermal conductivity, so when laying these pipes at a considerable depth, you do not need to use additional insulation materials. The pipe does not conduct wandering currents, as the material has high dielectric indicators, so the water is not electrified in the pipe.
The connections of these pipes are made in the joint or electrofusion fittings of the European standard, so the connection place with proper welding is considered the most reliable place throughout the pipeline.
